Patricia Miller Moore Award

Description

This fund provides financial assistance to deserving students in the School of Media and Journalism. The Donor wishes to help students with school-related expenses such as books, computers, electronic devices or other technology, meal plans and other costs directly related to their schoolwork and/or professional development.  Funds may also be used to cover expenses related to participation in summer internships.

The Fund was established by Patricia Miller Moore of Greenville, N.C., a 1958 graduate of the school and former journalist who worked for the United Press International, The News & Observer and the Daily Reflector.
