Elizabeth Shell, who teaches in the MJ-school’s online master’s program, is a journalist and designer of visual storytelling for multiple platforms. She focuses on how to get those stories in front of new audiences and to those who need them.

Shell is the lead social graphics editor at USA Today. She previously served as digital editor and interactive designer at CCTV-America, and as data producer and as business and economics web producer at PBS NewsHour.
